As a lifelong friend and colleague of Fernando Trocca & Martin Pittaluga (creators of our Mostrador), Donna brings her passion for relaxed and unstudied fine dining to Marram. Her beloved NYC restaurants Il Buco and Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria are globally recognized for their laid back excellence and mindfully selected ingredients. With award winning chef Justin Smillie helming the kitchen at Marram this summer, Il Buco at Mostrador Marram is a truly unique beachside summer treat.
