Taking a bike ride on one of Marram’s complimentary Retrospec® cruisers, setting out on a nature walk, surf the nearby breaks, head out for a fishing adventure, enjoy a sail, try out stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding or waterskiing, play a round of golf or a game of tennis. The availability of off-site experiences is both seasonal and dependent upon health and safety guidelines implemented by state and local authorities.

    Morning Meditation

    Group meditation held overlooking the beach. Meditators of all levels and traditions are welcome. The participation of beginners is especially valued. Social distancing is mindfully observed.

    Retrospec® Cruiser Bicycles

    Explore the area on one of our complimentary Retrospec® cruisers. Available on request to adult hotel guests during daylight hours.

    Self-Guided Nature Walk

    Self-Guided nature walk maps are available upon request at the Marram Lobby. Explore Shadmoor State Park at your leisure. Walk 1/2 mile from the resort to Shadmoor State Park’s side entrance (heading east on Surfside Avenue). Upon entering the Park, hike 1/2 mile to Roosevelt’s Run Trail, along the bluffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

    Evening Firepits

    Unwind and relax at the patio around our nightly bonfires – enjoy complimentary popcorn and enjoy the colors of Montauk’s autumn skies as dusk falls. Social distancing is mindfully observed.

    Yoga with Jacquie Ruderman

    Jacquie Ruderman brings her unique blend of Mindful Flow and Yin yoga practices which she intuitively interweaves with acupressure and poetry readings to MARRAM’s guests.  Yoga classes taught on-site via our Instagram Live feed, with an outdoor socially distanced in-person option (weather permitting).

  6. OCTOBER 30 – NOVEMBER 1 various times

    Yoga with Kristen Kemp

    Kristen Kemp returns to MARRAM for the second time this season, sharing her alignment-based vinyasa flow practice with us on Halloween weekend. Yoga classes taught on-site via our Instagram Live feed, with an outdoor socially distanced in-person option (weather permitting).

    Plant Based Healing with Courtney Lee Hall

    Certified herbalist Courtney Lee Hall joins us to share her passion for plant based healing with MARRAM guests, leading themed discussions and guided walks to discover the medicinal plants that flourish naturally in our area.
